Sidebar on mobile phone

How can I hide or place the sidebar below the post on my mobile phone layout.
My sidebar is on the left side and when someone reads a post on my website the sidebar first shows up and you have to scroll down to the post.
I wanted to either
1. remove the sidebar from mobile layouts
or
2. make the sidebar show up below the post when reading a post on mobile phone
