I have ‘recent posts’ and a text widget on my sidebar, smart sidebar enabled, but it only shows up when I am logged in to WordPress. What to do?

Hi,
Usually this is a cache problem, please make sure that you clear all cache, and try again.
If the problem please provide some screenshots with the side bar in widget when you are log in and when you are log out, also please provide a link were I can inspect this problem.
