Sidebars disappeared – only 3 available within theme

Hi,

I checked my website this morning and my mani side bar and of of the widgets contained within it had disappeared.
Now only 3x sidebar options are available within this theme when before there were many available.

I tried to add another one within the NewsPaper theme panel. It shows it is there in the theme panel, but it does not show in WIDGETS to customise.

Please can someone help figure out why the theme is not responding to the site anymore?

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
