Hi there!
When you are in category (not startpage) the default sidebar shows up with “most pouplar” and “hot news”.
Where can you add elements in this sidebar and edit the titles from “most popular” and “hot news” ?

Hello argientdesigns,
You should check the Widgets area from Theme panel, where the sidebars are defined and from there you can change the name of them, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/axyoIhyhC9 according to on what sidebar you are using for your category.
