Hi i have a member plugin and how can I change the adress of
SHOW SIGN IN / JOIN on theme to the plugins sign in and join?

Hello,
You can either use a 301 redirect like so: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/ or disable the theme login from the theme panel and place a login button in your menu or top menu with a custom link to your custom login page.
