Sign in / Join not showing up on mobile view (not using mobile theme)

Sign in / Join is not showing up on mobile view (not using mobile theme). The main menu shows up, but that is all. See here: https://www.wilcowellness.org. If we activate the mobile theme plugin it shows up, but the mobile theme rips out too much of our content from the homepage and dashboard to use it. I’ve looked into settings and searched articles for a while now. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

Hi,

Regarding the login/join not being displayed on mobile in the responsive version, there is unfortunately an issue currently in the theme. It happened after the previous update. We are sorry for the inconvenience, this issue will be fixed in the next theme update. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks

Roughly when is that next update?

Can’t say exactly. There are a few issues that have to be fixed and tested first, also including some very useful new features and options that will be added in the next update. The update will be released as soon as these tasks are finished, shouldn’t be long now if something unexpected doesn’t happen.
Sorry again for this inconvenience.

My client just soft launched her site. She has spent advertising money in publications. She has promoted the ability to signup/login and bookmark recipes, articles, favorite businesses, etc. The fact that people cannot do this easily from mobile now is a HUGE issue. I don’t need an exact date, but a rough idea of when feels warranted. Thanks

Should happen by next week, but I really can’t say for sure. However I can provide a solution to this issue. The file where the problem is, is this one
http://prntscr.com/o9v51r

Depending of what is easier to do for you, either replace the file by deleting it and uploading this one – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/menu-mobile.zip
(unzip it and then upload it).

Or edit the file in question and remove all the code in it, then enter this one
https://pastebin.com/smh8hy9P

Please try it and the problem should be solved. In the next theme update it will be fixed by default. Let me know, and sorry again for the inconvenience.
