Signed Out / Logged Out Layout is different than Signed In / Logged In

The theme layout appears correct when signed in but it is not when signed out. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Please provide some more exact details about the differences you mention, for a better understanding and we will investigate. The content and layout of the page should not change regardless of logged state.
