Signup Form Popup for frequent users

Hi!

I’m not sure if this is the right platform to enquire but can I check if it’s possible to populate a popup signup form (from Mailchimp) when frequent users access the website?

I’m not sure as I’m not aware of mailchimp’s settings you should search trough plugin’s settings for an option for this or address this to their support platform: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/mailchimp-for-wp
