simple css changes

Hi there love the theme and enjoying working with it.
Can you assist:

I need to reduce the white space between elements and cant find the css to do it ?

Also the size of the text heading on the block as shown.

we are under dev and its hidden
basically the rows that i make with vc and your theme
i cant seem to hook in and reduce the gap between one row and the one above
also the gab between the columns wont reduce?

any examples or solutions?
