single background image does not open POP-UP VIDEO

I’m trying to use the VIDEO POP-UP feature of the single background image element in TagDIV. However, the modal does not open under any circumstances. Has anyone experienced this problem and could help? thanks!

In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there and your website link.

Right! thanks! I made a video in which I create a blank page and drag the “single backgroun image” element to an empty column.

Then I place an image chosen from my gallery

Finally, I enable the “pop-up video” option providing the link to a video on YouTube.

When saving the page the link simply doesn’t work.

I would be grateful if you could give me some guidance on this.

Hello @lgiesel !

For me, it works as it should. Please check the console and see if you encounter any errors.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
