Hello team,
I’m facing a specific issue regarding the single image component. The image uploaded on the media section is not respecting the configuration set in the Image Size section, for instance: thumbnail, medium or large.
I’ve tried to set a fixed size (150×150) but it also not worked.
Can you please help me?

Hello Bogdan B.,
I currently have the same issue as Ivan Zumalde. Whichever size I select for a picture in a post is not taken into account and is displayed in a huge way. (example at the bottom of the article: http://lavieduriz.com/pvt-taiwan-bilan-mars/). If this bug is independent from Newspaper theme, then I am sorry to bother you.
It is the first time it happens and I noticed this after the last Newspaper and WP Bakery Page Builder.
You said to Ivan that “Using a page builder on posts was never tested in our theme so I cannot say for sure why this happens.”. If I get this right, you mean that WP Bakery Page Builder (before named Visual Composer) was offered in your purchase package but this option (using it for a post) was never tested? To me, using a page builder makes it better do create a clean post.
Also, could you please, tell me what “mce editor” means? I am not familiar with it.
Thanks
Emilie
Hi,
@EmmyThx Please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. If both WPBakery page builder as well as the tagDiv composer are active, there will be issues.
The single image element will be affected by both of them and the resulting image will not display properly.
Should you decide to use WPBakery as the page builder and posts builder for your website, deactivate the tagDiv composer and there should be no problem.
We do not recommend to use WPBakery page builder for posts, only pages

The plugin version provided in the theme package comes with post support disabled, but it can be enabled in the plugin settings if required.
Posts should be created with the default WordPress editor if possible

Let us know if you have further question, we will try to help you.
