Single Image Element Not Linking

I have added my newsletter signup image from my media library to my home page using the single image element from WPBakery Page Builder and have added a link to another page on my website, but the image does not link to the page. Please advise.

Hi,

Please try and deactivate the tagDiv composer from the plugins section. This composer has a different functionality for the single image, which interacts with Visual composer.
If you decided to use Visual composer as the page builder, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
