Single image link

Hello,

Please provide an example of how you implement the images and link in your site. The image supports a custom link like so: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-add-custom-links-to-gallery-images-in-wordpress/
If you have the modal image active over the entire site though it could provide errors so if you use images with custom links please make sure you deactivate this option:

If you use a single image element of visual composer, did you by any change edit your page with the tagdiv composer afterwards? This is not recommnended as the shortcodes get changed. Please only use one builder not both on the same page. If a page has been created with visual composer, then you will have to re-create it in the new builder if you want to use it.
If this is not the issue, try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
