Single Post Date Element not Showing date

Hi, my single post date element is only showing minutes and seconds but not date. I have checked everything, can you please help.

Hello,

You can change the published date, in WordPress -> Settings -> General in Date Format => https://www.screencast.com/t/94huSdbkN6 where you can set the Date and Time Format.
