Hi there!
our videos page is in the set up stage.
On the home/front page (index), when one clicks on a video or thumbnail,
it then goes to its single page where the video should play automatically or at least one should see a bigger thumbnail or video player.
But there is only a title but no video, no video player, no frame etc.
Plus, I don’t know where to change this?
I can’t find the single posts page etc?
Please help!

Please make sure that you have set a featured video – http://screencast.com/t/PM1nKIRJlXZu and choose the post template(maybe you use style 5 this will not show featured image/video on post page) – http://screencast.com/t/Q8zlCbKGM3ud

a)i tried all things your listed options, except “you have to set a featured video”, nothing works.
I dont understand what is meant by “set a featured video”.
Do we have to set every single video imported to the site, to featured image? but this doesn’t make sense.
We use a video robot and it imports different videos from youtube etc.
The index page shows these different videos and they change hourly. In the hundreds.
But still after clicking on them it opens the page but there is no video.
I didn’t set up a single post page. We just installed the theme and child theme as in documentation,
and loaded the settings and demos. http://www.yougothype.com is our page. i hope this is the link you want.

b)Infinite Load doesn’t seem to work on any page.
Again we followed the email steps you sent but they didn’t work.
Our settings:
In Visual Composer for Main Page/Index page:
Parent – Homepage Infinite Scroll
Template- Homepage Blank
Used Block 8
-multiple category filter(hollywood, rides, luxury)
-Random Posts
Limit Post Number-5 (this is set automatically)
Pagination – infinite load is set
(load more was also tried. this shows on page. but when clicked its shows load circle but nothing more is added or changed. so this doesn’t work either. FYI.)
But please help with the Infinite Load.
Without these the site is useless đ

Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and purge your file if you use CDN, then check if ajax pagination works (infinite load, load more). Also check the posts content. If don’t have this issue anymore please activate your plugins one by on and see which one caused this issue.

a)i inserted to css code u sent us but some thumbs are still square and not resizednto fit.
Is there a workaround?
b)and how would i make the site show the latest videos imported? (i use show latest but the page still shows old ones)
eventough new videos are imported the site still shows old ones.
how do i fix this?
c)in the theme panel i checked everyone can register and the registered users are only subscriber.
but i cant find a login/register button or link on the page?
c2) is there a good program u know that makes a popup asking visitors to register?
we dont have much budget, any actually, maybe there is a good free one u know of?
something to start building an email list.
d) infinite load still doesnt work for blocks and page without article list for random videos section.
please help
