I imported cloud template for single post template but after some time showing me this error. then i deleted error template then imported 2 to 3 time but showing same error after some time.

Did you change the header or footer template in the meantime?
I think that error comes from here, not the template.
You can try to revert an old revision of the template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/

I have worked in Default header template and footer template but it is not showing any issues or erros, and this was done long before i customized single post template, now only single post template is causing issues.
