Site Being Blocked By Robots.txt

Hi So i uploaded your theme and didnt activate it while i was building my site, then i got this error: Robots.txt blocked.

Then i used your theme on another site and didnt activate it and the same thing happened… Do you block the site from indexing if the theme is not activated?

I did the same thing with 3 other sites and worried it will do it to them all.

First site is : http://reviewspolice.com and the second is https://romancescams.org

Please let me know if this is the issue and you can remove the block.

I will let you know about the other 3 sites if this is the issue.
