Site breaks

Hi

Please whenever I activate theme and plugins on my site NaijaVibe.net, loads really slow and my site goes down 504.

tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Opt-In Builder

Please advise what I need to do to resolve this

Hi,

Something must be wrong, it’s not normal for the theme to cause such issues. It will have to be investigated.

I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login (user and pass) for the website. Also if you have cPanel, or FTP, or something similar for checking the server settings, files, error logs, please provide access to it as well.

Then I will check as soon as possible to try to find the cause of the issue.
