Site broken after updating to the latest theme version

Our site is broken after updating to the latest theme version:

1. Theme Panel is not showing anymore in the admin.
2. The site now has a big black login section on top when logged out as admin: https://imgur.com/a/lpll0bV
3. I have tried the solutions listed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/composser-not-working/ but it’s not working.

5. We have tried to revert back to older theme and plugin versions but the login block in item 2 still appears and the theme panel is broken: https://snipboard.io/GVwoAD.jpg
