I am working on my site and when I am logged into the WP admin everything looks fine on my site. However, when I am not logged in and just type the address to my site and view it from another browser or computer, everything breaks, my header doesn’t appear (no logo, no menu, no search) and my sliders created with Smart Slider, don’t work either.
Can anyone help please, this is driving me nuts. 🙁

Sometimes, the issue can be caused by a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

I deactivated all the plugins except for the TagDiv ones, AND cleared cache on browser and purged cache on WordPress. It still has the same error. When logged out, I don’t see the header (logo, menu, search). 🙁

If everything is correct when logged in, there should be some cache. If you have any caching tools on your server, also clear all the cache. Try in an incognito window and force-refresh the page.
