Hi,
It is extremely annoying that so many times we had a huge mess after Theme updates.
Right now I can not open any post anymore.

This happened right after your update without any other configuration.
I dont know what to do right now and would need your help to fix this. It is urgent.
I checked on different settings and theme panel and so on but could find any solution.
Many thanks
Hi,
It appears that not all the plugins used previously were installed after the theme update. Please go to Newspaper > Plugins and install and activate the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, as this is the one causing the error on your articles. After that, please clear all caches.
Each time you update the theme, make sure to also update all the theme-related plugins you are using. It’s a good practice to check which plugins were active before the theme update and ensure they are updated as well. If needed, you can update them manually one by one from Newspaper > Plugins.
Thank you!
Hi, same here… but we updated all the plugins. We have an urgent issue with the posts over the rev slider (please see the picture).
Hi Calin.
It seems that It really was just activating the Plugin “tagDiv Standard Pack”.
But why do you disable it during updates? It does not make sense to me?
But thank you very much for your help.
Hi riminisparita,
Unfortunately, the image is no longer available: https://prnt.sc/91koce8oxK_0
Hi Foto Zumstein, normally, after a theme update, the theme plugins are automatically updated as well provided nothing is interfering with the process. During the update, the old plugin versions are disabled and deleted before the new versions are installed. This is necessary because if outdated plugin versions remain active, enabling the site can cause errors, as the plugins may not be compatible with the current theme version.
If something interferes with the theme update process, you will need to manually install the required theme plugins.
Hi riminisparita, did you update the Revolution slider? It appears that the content is going over the Revolution Slider. Can you check how the Revolution Slider is set at the beginning of the homepage? Is it set using the Revolution Slider element from tagDiv Composer?
Also, on mobile, do you want to use the desktop version? If so, please disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin because on your mobile version, right now, it is displaying a different layout and without images.
Hi Cailin.
a) Yes, Rev Slider is fully updated (6.7.40)
b) Yes, RS is at the beginning of the page. We tried to delete it and the layout is OK (posts are in the right place, obviously): we also tried to replace the previous RS layout with a new one, but the issue persists
c) we choose to delete the RS for now, the general layout was terrible
d) Yes, we disabled the tagDiv Mobile theme
