It’s been a couple of days since the site crashes when tagDiv Composer is activated. Now all the plugins are deactivated as well as Div Composer.
As you understand without it the theme is useless. Before it was working fine, but now is generating many php jobs overloading the process. The site is http://www.nonewsmagazine.com
Did you happen to release any updates that may have caused the conflict?
Support will likely ask you what version of Newsmag you’re using, version of PHP (7.4, 8, 8.1), if using child theme, and what error you’re actually getting when trying to ‘activate’ td-composer plugin.
(I don’t work here; just in middle of updating from 3x to 5x over here for php 8.1 compatiblity)

The PHP version is 7.4, and I don’t use child themes.
The error is an uptime error. My hosting team is saying that it is generating too many php jobs overloading the whole process.
Is a strange thing that something that was working smoothly some days ago now is a mess. I love the Newsmag theme, I don’t want to delete it!

Please make a test, removed the logo from the theme panel for the header and mobile, and check again to see if the problem persists. There were a few users that reported some problems with the logo.

Yes, please set it back and see if the problem reappears (please make sure that the logo size is the one indicated in the theme panel), if it reapers, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary access to the website and I will check it and fix it in a moment.

Ironically, I am redoing all my logos as svg now since all modern web browsers support it.
