Site Doesn't Load After Update

I just updated the theme to the latest version, and then activated the TagDiv Composer plugin which was deactivated for some reason after the update. But the site doesn’t load at all after that!

It works absolutely fine if I deactivate the TagDiv Composer plugin and loads perfectly, but doesn’t load when the plugin is activated. I need the plugin as all the pages, along with the homepage, looks like a total mess without it. Can you please help me solve this issue?

It’s not showing any update for TD composer in my account, so I downloaded the theme files from my ThemeForest account, deleted the plugin from the site and manually installed in again.

But the problem still persists after activating it as the site doesn’t load at all. Can you please tell me why this is happening? And how can I solve it once and for all?

The Cloud template is also activated. Is there a way that I can share the website URL with you privately? That way you can have a look at what’s wrong.

How can I add my own icons as your icon set is very bad and is missing most of the things also when you use “Icon Box” module and try to select the icon the list doesn’t scroll down only so you can only select that is visible on the screen.

Hey, I deactivated the Cloud Templates and activated the TD Composer, and the site returned to normal. It’s working fine now!
