Necesito ayuda urgente

(Eng) Hi, I just installed NewsMag on my WordPress. The site (tietarteve.com) works on the computer but it does not work fine on the mobile.
Many of the pages cannot be accessed, changes to pages are not updated, menus work poorly and do not lead to pages. A disaster.
The tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Mubile Theme, tagDiv Newslwtter, tagDiv Social Counter and AMP plugins are installed
The wordpress is 5.6.2 with PHP 7.3.27 on Siteground hosting and it worked all fine with another theme.
This is a serious problem for me, my clients use my site a lot with their mobile.
I need help, urgently
Thanks in advanced

Hi,
I think that you are using the mobile theme plugin, with it you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of Newsmag theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create new content for pages because in most cases those were made with builders or shortcodes (tagDiv Composer, WPBakery) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on the mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png

Also you can show the responsive version for some posts/pages on mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
These options are like this:
Mobile -> the mobile theme will apply only on mobile version.
Mobile + amp -> it will apply on both and it will have the same layout.
Amp -> the mobile theme plugin layout will be use only for amp version.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Thank you very much for your answer.
We have a lot of problems with the menus and there is no way that the mobile theme works well for usWe have tried with AMP, with TD Mobile Theme and menus and many pages always fail us when consulting with mobile, we have not been able to know what is wrong and we have seen that the publications are not updated well.
We no longer know what is going on, we trusted NewsMag but we have gone from everything working to not working at all. We keep testing but I’m afraid we’ll have to rebuild everything

Hi,
I just fried in above reply to explain that if you are using the mobile theme plugin the content from pages will not be display as on desktop and you need to make a content for those pages in mobile editor section or use the responsive version -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
Also if you still do can not use it, just disable it and use the responsive version of theme.
Thank you for your understanding!

Thank you very much for your answer. Sorry it’s so heavy.
I have tried to make content only for the mobile part using all the combinations with the TD Mobile Theme and AMP plugins and I return to the problem at the beginning, everything works fine on desktop but the content on mobile is not updated.
I don’t know what to do anymore.
Now I am editing the page of a cinema changing the films of and it is not updated on the mobile

Hi, I think I have solved the problem. Analyzing calmly I have come to the conclusion that the problem could be the cache memory of the hosting.
I have installed a specific plugin for my hosting and I have managed to update the information on the mobile.
It’s been a tough few days. Thank you very much for the help.
