Our site went down on Friday at 6:40 pm EST with a 403 error. Do you know of anything that could have caused it? Did you sunset any background components for the newspaper theme in that time frame?

Hi,

We already checked that. The error log showed that tagdiv did something that took down our site, and we’d like to know what that was. We have paid for support for this product and would like to speak to someone technical about this.
