Please advise me. I have the following situation…
Site Health Status – 1 critical issue – “Your site has 215 autoloaded options (size: 916 KB) in the options table, which could cause your site to be slow.”

I did as recommended here – https://forums.envato.com/t/wp-option-set-to-autoload/453841
I deactivated theme panel backups and deleted td_011_settings, td_011, td_011_log.
As a result, the license and all site settings were lost. Restoring the database did not help. We restored the entire hosting.
Please tell me what I did wrong and how can I reduce the size of the automatically loaded options?

I have decrease the backup limit, but the problem dont resolve.

You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/aaa-option-optimizer/ to sort and delete the autoloaded options. I see that the limit for the autoloaded options size is 800 KB. Some found a way to increase that limit so the message goes away – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/autoloaded-options-issue-in-site-health/ But it would be best to actually check and maybe reduce the autloaded options. This plugin looks great for that – https://wordpress.org/plugins/aaa-option-optimizer/ If you want I’ll install the plugin and then you can analyze the reports and stop unnecessary options from loading.
