Site loading only in mobile mode

Hi Support,

could you help to resolve site loading only in mobile mode. Kindly refer below image.

But when i login as a admin and try to access the site it loading in desktop mode as shown below.

I need to load the site only in desktop mode while someone try to reach it from desktop.

Hi,

Usually this problems appear when is a plugin conflict ( in the most cases cache plugin ), when you are login like admin is not use the cache only when you are visiting the website like an visitor; please clear all cache and try again.

The issue still persists, Tried flushing, stopping Redis Cache. Tried disabling all plugins but still loading in mobile view.

Hi,

Usually when you are on desktop and you are redirect to a mobile version of your website it is a cache problem, I would suggest as a first step to clear the cache then deactivate the caching plugin temporarily. Then check if the problem is solved.
