hello, my site becomes messed up when I update the theme to version 11.1. I have child theme installed but still looks messed up when I update. (child theme https://ibb.co/smGZGSL)
Also after updating, it also asks me to insert the purchase code which I always do.
what should I do?
I always have to do a restore after updating to the new theme version because the new version destroys my customizations

Have you checked and make sure that all the plugins are updated and active? Usually when updating users tend to forget about the plugins.
