hello, after updating the site, I was asked to enter the license code again. ( sorry for my english).
first it gives me ok, but then it tells me to go to system status and click on reset key. then it tells me that the license is not active.
but before it was already activated on that site.can you help me?

Hi momokatt, for this problem please contact us in privet via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide temporary wp-admin access and the license key. We’ll check it as soon as possible and this problem will be resolved.
