Hello,
Our post style 1 is closer to your request, but the adsense is at the bottom of the featured image: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-400k-for-whisky-most-expensive-foods-and-drink-auctioned/
You can switche their places by switching their code position like so: http://screencast.com/t/fstL0G5H
This way the ad and featured image will switch positions.
