Site Skin Query

Hello!

Currently, the site skin feature only supports images with background links as far as I can tell. Is there a way to run advert code like in all other areas for this? We are joining an advert network which provides code for this not images.

Hello,

Our theme has multiple ad spots you can see in our theme documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/ You can use any types of ads with our theme if you use this implementation method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
Special ads will need extra implementation provided by the ad code provider. This can be a code you have to add in the theme ;head; section but this should be specified by the ad provider.

Thank you!

I am not sure if you understood my question.

Currently, background adverts seem to require an image uploaded to the server to be used. Is there no way for the background adverts to use the Java code etc that we are provided.

Hello,

I understand now but there is no simple solution for your request. Sorry. It can be done but only through customization which is not part of the theme support.

Thank you!

Is there a way to request customisation from you guys? How much would something like that be? Is there a chance it will be added into the base theme?

Unfortunately we cannot provide such services. Sorry. But you can hire a freelancer from sites like studio.envato.com

Thank you!

Hello,
actually using Newspaper theme v.7.6.1
Just after last update to current version, I’m trying to enter Ad in the header (style 3).

As I did before, without personalizations neither customizations, I loaded a jpeg image named rec728.jpg 728 x 90 px sized.

That worked.

Now no more.

What I’ve been able to understand is that now when uploading, the image is set in a folder different the one it was set in the previous theme version (/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/rec728.jpg)

At now I do not have access via FTP neither via website hosting provider CPanel.

Is there a way to solve the problem? Thanks a lot
