Site slow – two files involved

Hi there …

i have changed a few things to get other things running. now actually my site loads very slow.
when doing a speedtest with pingdom, it shows up two files, which are involved ….

these two files seems to be the bad ones …

someone got an idea how to fix this?

Hi,

The first one may appear when you modify the settings on Theme Panel but you don’t doit all the time so it shouldn’t be a problem.
The second one is Disqus comments sync which slows down the page because it tries to synchronize the comments. FYI — there is a NEW plugin for Disqus made by a third party we are testing which is designed to “lazy load” Disqus, using their API …

supposed to solve the time out and various other shenanigans with Disqus…

check the wordpres.org plugins repository to check it out….

I can’t yet say “yay or nay…” (soon!)
