site under maintenance still showing

When i try and send a link of my main home page via a mobile phone messenger service it shows the site under maintenance sign
I went online 4 days ago and it is still showing.

Previous to this, when i was building the site and went online to check, It showed the normal image, ie the one it is supposed to do.
I have now deleted the maintenance plugin and it still shows.

There is clearly some code that is not right in my header.
There are so many permutations in this area i do not want to mess around with the code in this section.
Do you have any suggestions ?

Do you use a caching plugin? Empty the site cache coz it seems to be a caching problem.

Downloaded WP Super Cache plugin ,, used…cleared….no change..

Same on my side. Maybe the person needed just to deactivate the plugin. Nice looking site btw.

Hi.. The problem is when i write the web address down and then try and send it to someone on social media / mobile phone or post it on Facebook for example it shows as being under maintenance, which looks terrible.
Try it..type it into a post ..wait until it says fetching a preview….then you will see.. Website Under Maintenance.

The plug in is deleted and i have even tried reinstalling,, activating again, deactivating it and then deleting it..result…still the same
