I’m working on my home page, thinking about sitelinks.
– What are your recommendations/best practice with the theme in terms of SEO?
– Let’s say, I want to display a single image with a link pointing to an article and I want that google consider this link as a sitelink.
Are Image Info Box or Title Over Image good for this SEO purpose or should I only use elements with a Title Tag (SEO) option ?

Unfortunately this has not been tested by our developers. You will have to test them and see if they work.
More than this Google only allows what he wants as you can see it here: We only show sitelinks for results when we think they'll be useful to the user. If the structure of your site doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks for your site are relevant for the user's query, we won't show them

Ignoring sitelinks, in your theme, what is the difference between elements like : Image Info Box that doesn’t have a SEO option and Title Tag (SEO) that has a SEO option ?
Because basically before to go to far, I would like your best advice from your experience in order to get a good SEO for my business.

By being SEO Ready it means that the core of the theme makes it easier for the google robots to crawl easier in the theme. All the elements are included in the page structure, including links that you will attach to any elements.
Please note that is recommended to use a plugin like SEO Yoast in order to obtain more SEO Features.
