There was a sitemap page in my old website containing all categories, pages, and post as archive. In NewsMag theme it is taking me to 404 page.
How i can fix it?

You likely will need to use a plugin, then put the shortcode from plugin into a page you created called “sitemap” … note that such pages are no longer needed for Google, Bing, etc., as they NOW rely on the XML sitemap to locate and index your site.
