If you want the element to be displayed in the header, then you need to set it on both desktop and mobile viewports because there are 2 different headers used for each viewport in part. This issue is usually caused by interference from an extra or untested plugin.
To troubleshoot, please follow these steps:
Run a test using only the tested plugins shown in this screenshot: ttps://i.imgur.com/kSSLQjA.png
If the issue persists, try running the test again using only the tagDiv plugins.
In most cases, the problem is resolved after disabling the untested plugin. To identify which plugin is causing the issue, re-enable the plugins one by one, checking your website after each activation.
