Pls I am trying to build this page at https://prnt.sc/4FWMQfeN79Vw
There are four boxes with blue background below the top row. I want half of these boxes on that row to move to the top row and look like it is floating on the top row with text with image.
Is there any fix pls? I have tried margin -500 and so on but it didn’t move up.

apologies I was applying -500 to row instead of each element. It is now working. Thread can be deleted.
