How to make the heading to change in form of the slide show?
I want to change my image in header Ad after few second

Maybe by creating and using a gif with the images you want to show, then use that gif in the header ad spot

That could work, you could give it a try. There may be other solutions like using javascript yo try and switch the images after a period of time, those would be harder to do however.
