Is it possible to stretch a Slide to the full width of the page without modifying the code itself?

Unfortunately no. This is because the Newsmag theme is a boxed theme. All demos are boxed and teh content can not be stretched more than it is https://preview.themeforest.net/item/newsmag-news-magazine-newspaper/full_screen_preview/9512331
How do I stretch the page content to fill its entire surface? For example, I created two columns and want them to span the entire space from the right to the left edge. How can I do this in the theme editor or through the Newsmag theme panel?

Unfortunately, the Newsmag theme doesn’t offer the option to stretch the content. This feature is only available with the Newspaper theme https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/?demo-type=pro.
As you can see here https://preview.themeforest.net/item/newsmag-news-magazine-newspaper/full_screen_preview/9512331, all the demos created with the Newsmag theme are boxed, which is due to the theme’s limitations when it comes to resizing the layout.

You need to use tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/mNAlCzv.png set or select a row https://i.imgur.com/L9sVn7y.png, there you can set the layout and you can stretch the row https://i.imgur.com/thftI7H.png (only on Newsapper the row can be stretched)
