Hi,
My client built a tagdiv slider for ads, and wants to link each slide to open an external url in a new tab,
and for the life of me I can’t figure out how to do it. All I need to do is add a custom URL to the featured that drives the slide and open it in a new tab.
You can see the slider here on the home page. We just want the image to link to the client’s website in a new tab:

The slider from our theme are using the featured images from post, therefore when you click on image or title post you’ll be redirect to that post -> https://i.imgur.com/Fw9bIe9.jpg
Also this slider https://i.imgur.com/sTqfRAy.png is not from our theme is from a plugin.

Thanks for your response. I fixed it from the client’s perspective by swapping out your slider plug-in last night.
I would still like to find out how to make it work with a tagDiv slider. Scroll down the page about 2/3 and you’ll see the TagDiv slider serving up two slides (touch nail salon, and let it go). It works as described, but what the client wanted was for the image to be clickable to an external client URL (in new tab).

Thank you. I am looking into the revolution as an option.
What the client wants is the tagDiv slider component with a custom URL fired from the image click. Seems like it should be possible using the https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-theme-api/

Unfortunately the Slider from TagDiv Composer is not able to work as the revolution slider. That is the reason why the revolution slider is included in the bundle.
