I have tested this and seems to work fine using the themes latest version, please try to disable all plugins, except those that theme requires, one by one and see if this issue is still present.
If this dose not work please give us wp-access so we can check, send user and pass at contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this topic or specify this issues details.
In case you decide to use the rev slider use this CSS in Theme panel -> Custom CSS

slider seamed to be working for some time, but now the problem appears again

Please send me an URL to your site so I can check, also like I said try to deactivate the plugins and enable only those theme requires and check then if this still happens.
In case this is plugin related activate the plugins one by one to see which one is generating the issue.
Also, please clear purge CDN cache and clear your browser cache. This may cause this issue as your CDN delivers the old versions of the files.
