Slider Revolution – Images not displaying full height

Hi Team,

Would you be able to advise me on the following? On top of my page, I am displaying a Header Image ( 1600×1000)with zooming out effect. The idea is the display the whole image using the zooming out effect.

I have customized the slider’s height to display the original size of the image but images are still being cut off at the bottom.

Any suggestions as what to do with it?

Thank you very much for your help in advance,

Anna

Hello Anna,

You should read the plugin documentation like this -> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/ As you know, this type of plugin is too complex and also has a lot of settings. This plugin is part of tested plugins with our theme, and it should work as properly with the theme if you set correctly according to with its documentation.

Thanks for your understanding!

The problem is that everything is set it up accordingly with its documentation for a whole image to be displayed.

Yes, the images are being cropped at the bottom. Hence, I reached out to you Guys for help as I don’t know what to do.

Hi Bogdan,

Thank you very much for showing up the initiative. I am having other issues with the theme as it is not responsive on all devices ( I posted another question for your team), hence the site is not published at the moment. The only way of viewing it would be logging into my WordPress account.

Thanks,

Anna
