Please also test this on a default theme to see if the slider works properly. There could be a setting somewhere ins the slider settings.
If on the default theme the slider is able to play the video on tables and mobiles, then please try to update your theme to the latest version and test the slider again.

Hi Bogdan, Probably it’s a well-known issue as due to some reason chrome or any other browser do not allow autoplay of videos on mobile. There are various search results on Google about this.

I tried this method as well, but it didn’t work.
Have you ever been able to auto play videos as background in your testing?

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a solution in this regard, sorry! As you can see on the internet, this is an issue which causes this. I have added this problem to our list of improvements and fixes, and our colleagues will make some deeper investigations at the future and if will be found a solution in this regard, we will consider to fit in in our future updates.
