Slideshow text overlay when page loads

Some strange effect happens when page loads – slide text is overlayed by next slide text for a few seconds. It can be shown here: http://prnt.sc/agcqwl. Website: http://pereslavl-eparhia.ru/

What can I do with it? Is it a bug?

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using and test again.
