I’ve been told by many of our users that anytime that they click on a link from either Twitter or Facebook on their iOS device, that the website will crash their phone. We have lost quite a few of our daily users due to this and wanted to see if anyone has any quick solution to this? We’ve contacted our hosting company and they believe it to be a theme issue.

Hmm seems like it’s still happening and that a lot of people are noticing this happened when the theme was switched to this one.

Please provide more details about this issue, to what facebook/twitter links do you refer? share buttons, social icons? I also see that you have a share plugin which adds the post top share buttons – http://screencast.com/t/XMtrBxWUsSf3
Try to disable all plugins except for visual composer and check if the issue is still there. Also try to test it on another theme and see if it’s really theme related.
We need more information and a way to replicate this, if possible also find on which devices does this issue occur (device/operating system/browser name and version).
