Hello there,
I checked the performance of my website and found these two files to take the longest to load:
but if I go into the FTP, I cannot find them anyways and I am unsure on how to delete them.

Hello,
You can access the theme panel and remove the footer logo and access the background section and check for 14.jpg in the mobile and search background as this is a possible location where the file could be called.
