As you can see, after the post ends and before related article: There is a small 1px border horizontal line. It appeared while i was adding sharing buttons. I removed sharing buttons but the line is still there. Please Help.

That line is a separator element, it can be remove using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/mB20ORd.png
I also see that you are using infinite loading option, but this is block by autoptimize -> https://i.imgur.com/bUSUcF7.png is possible that the settings from this plugin to block the search functions too.

Sorry, I can not provide credentials every time. It is possible to create second simple post template and make it default. That way, maybe that border will not appear?

This is that border -> https://i.imgur.com/YYpuXpZ.png but in templates is set above the review element, since that you do not have any reviews on post, this will not be display and the border will come above the related element.
