smaller featured image

is it possible to get such a featured image in the standard-options?

I have now added this custom css

.post .thumb-wrap {
    float: right;
    margin-left: 20px;
    width: 50%;
}

Hi,
Use that CSS is fine. To make a standard option we will use a similar CSS.

If you don’t want to scale the image change here what image should read on post http://screencast.com/t/INdTgA16XT with other size from here, let say this size: http://screencast.com/t/5mLlC8kAYb
