I have a smart list in some of my posts, this website a a website that was migrated from al old newspaper theme into the new theme. The thing is, its not working the same way, the original smart list had a swipe effect and all worked in the same page. The new smart list is loading new pages when you click next…

Please make sure that you are using the same smart list and it has the same settings. Maybe some settings changed when the migration was done.
Also please provide a link to your smartlist so we can take a look.

This may be a plugin conflict. You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
