If the article does not start with a Heading 3 title it duplicates the image and paragraph on all pages! How should we avoid it? See below:

Hi,
I have tested this on my end but could not find any problem. Nor could I see any duplication on your end. It does not matter what H tag you use for your smartlist titles as long as you select the one you use from here: http://screencast.com/t/aDMcGwBkY
